Tuition is due by Friday 12:00 p.m., noon, at the latest. Please note that all late fees and any other fees will be automatically added to your outstanding balance and must be paid within three (3) days. PROVIDER charges same rates for private or subsidized childcare; and PROVIDER requires that childcare payments be made weekly. If tuition is not timely paid, you will receive one email reminder from Brightwheel.com. If you fail to bring your outstanding balance current will be cause for termination of services. Note: If your childcare bill is being taken care of by someone else (person or subsidized care program) and they fail to pay for whatever reason, you are responsible for the bill in full. Every effort will be made to work with you. |
